Top five European leagues, five leading clubs. Barcelona, Juventus, Chelsea, Bayern and PSG are all in best position to win their national league. It’s hard to compare them with each other but let’s check some interesting facts from this season.

Opta-powered fantasy football game Oulala.com has analysed the numbers of all five clubs.

Barcelona lead the way with a tremendous goal difference of +68 in 30 matches, followed by Bayern’s +58 who have played 3 matches less.

The most efficient striker is Lionel Messi. The Argentine has found the net 33 times, ahead of Diego Costa with 19 goals.

Serie A leader Juventus have accomplished the longest unbeaten run of 19 matches, ahead of Bayern and PSG with 17 consecutive league games without defeat. Barcelona have only managed a momentum of 8-match unbeaten run.

The team with the most penalties awarded comes from Paris. PSG players have won a whopping 10 penalties.


The goalkeepers with most clean sheets of the 2014-2015 season are Manuel Neuer and Claudio Bravo, both with 17 cleans sheets.

The graph with successful dribbles reveals that Bayern is the best in that category. Their players have successfully completed 448 dribble attempts.

Want to know which side plays the dirtiest football? That would be Juventus with 379 fouls committed, followed by PSG’s 360 fouls.

According to the scoring system matrix that allocates points to the players based on the actions they perform during the matches, the best player is Messi who has earned 1,782 points this season, followed by Eden Hazard and Arjen Robben.

Overall, Barca sit first with a combined score of 7,457 points. Chelsea hold the second spot with a bit less than 7,000 points.

The rankings show that the Spanish club has earned 74 points so far, ahead of Juventus. Chelsea have picked up 70 points, 3 more than Bayern. Ligue 1 leader PSG have only managed to earn 62 points.

With less than 10 matches remaining, the clubs, especially Barcelona and PSG will need to give their all in order to remain on top.
